A fun, high energy, interval style boxing fitness workout, incorporating bag work and drills, conditioning exercises and circuit training. A fast paced class, perfect for those who are looking to box for fitness while still using correct boxing technique. (We advise complete beginners to do a 'Beginners/fitness Boxing' class prior to a 'BOX- HIIT' class to get hold of the basics).

A boxing class open to all levels. Class styles are flexible and will vary depending on the members attending with a focus on each person's individual skillset and level of experience. Generally a bit of an 'all rounder' class including- pad drills and combinations, bag work, foot work, self-defence, partner work and some core work/bodyweight exercises- taken at your own pace. Best way to start the day!

Boxing for 13-17yr olds. Fun, challenging workout mixed with fundamentals of boxing. Includes pad work, bag work, glove to glove drills and self-defence. Modified to suit the individual and their skill set and confidence. Great introduction and learning before advancing to adults classes.
Box-Tech
Thursday

In this class we work on our glove to glove defense, scenarios and some sparring drills depending on the skill set in the class. Please ask coach before attending and mouth guards are required.
Developing your skills as a boxer requires repetition after repetition and consistency. Technique is key, so please be aware these classes may not always be at the high pace of some of our other classes. You will be required to work with all levels, so please leave the ego at the front door!

Aimed towards those who are looking to advance their skills or are thinking of competing. This class involves a lot of glove to glove drills, sparring in the ring and more combat style physical contact than our other classes. Bringing your own mouthguard is required, and 16oz gloves and Headgear are beneficial. Please have a chat to us if you think you are ready to join our sparring classes.

Learn the fundamentals of boxing while getting a great workout. Ideal for those with little or no experience in boxing to help you gain skill and confidence before moving up to general boxing. Recommended for those who haven't boxed in a while to refresh the basics or anyone after a technical boxing workout with the pressure!

Boxing training for children 8-12 yrs. Learn the basics of boxing in a fun way suited to children. A great starting point for children to develop a healthy relationship with fitness and physical activity while learning respect and new skills.
