What to bring.

Gloves are available to borrow, however bring your own if able to. Hand wraps available to purchase at the gym.

Towel (also available to purchase at gym).

Large water bottle (no glass). Boxing classes typically burn between 500-1000 calories per hour so its important to stay hydrated!

Clothing that is light, breathable and will not move around too much as you move and sweat (a LOT!). Tighter fitting gym clothing is better as it will not get in the way.

A headband/elastic to keep hair off and away from your face.
